6.20.06 - Aidan is a busy boy these days. He constantly wants to be moving around or standing up. He can pull himself up in the crib from sitting to standing. He has started eating some finger foods including cheerios and cheese. Aidan and mommy went to FL for a quick visit before we headed to North Carolina for his
6.6.06 - Nicole and Joanna came to visit this past weekend. We had a wonderful time and Aidan was so good. We toted him around much of Seattle and he was a great sport. He waved this weekend for the first time this weekend. We were at Pikes Place and inside one of the booths. The lady waved to him and he waved back! Jo was able to get him to do it a couple more times that day. He LOVES yogurt and will even eat his veggies mixed in with it. He also has tried some bite size pieces of cheese which he liked.
5.30.06 - Aidan is really starting to get around now. He uses your body if you are next to him to crawl over you or get from sitting to his tummy. He loves to stand in his crib or at his learning table and really wants to move but isnt quite sure how yet.
5.24.06 - Aidan is 7 months old today! Everyone says that it goes by so fast and it really does. This morning I felt his gum and his bottom two teeth are just starting to come up. Not sure how long it will take for them to break through but the process has started.

5.14.06 - It's been a little while since I updated. Aidan is now full out army crawling. He is getting pretty fast too! Uncle Steven just came up for a visit and we took our first trip to the beach yesterday. Aidan is also gettting much better with solid foods. He is even eating some veggies! He LOVES fresh mango. We cant wait to make a trip to FL so he can have some from abuelos tree.
5.3.06 -Amazing how much stuff is happening now. Aidan loves to stand up and can even hold onto something an balance himself. He is doing ok with eating solids. He loves sweet potatoes, bananas and mangos. Think he had moms sweet tooth?
4.27.06 - Aidan is now doing what we call the "Aidan crawl". He does not use his arms, but gets his knees up under him and then lurches forward. He kinda looks like an inch worm. Not very pretty or fast, but it gets him to the toys he wants :)
4.24.06 - Aidan is 6 months old today! Happy half birthday little boy.

4.22.06 - Aidan is sitting up on his own now! He is still a bit wobbly but he finally has the back strength to keep himself up.
4.21.06 - 6 months dr appt. Aidan is 16lbs,13oz and 26" long. What I thought was the beginning of a back tooth was actually a mucous bump. Hehe - whoops!

3.3.06 - First taste of rice cereal. He did pretty good. A portion of it at least ended up in his mouth.
3.1.06 - Aidan is rolling back to tummy! He will only roll to his right side though :)
